Race Office

Race Office check-in

All event staff, key volunteers, vendors, Race Weekend Experience guests and Forward Command attendees will be directed to the Race Office tent to pick up event-issued materials.

Race Office location

The Race Office is located within the Harrison Volunteer Compound. This is on the north side of Balbo Avenue between Michigan Avenue and Columbus Drive.

Please note on Sunday, October 12, all event staff and key volunteers entering Grant Park who do not have credentials must enter Grant Park using Gate #7 at Michigan and Harrison. Click here to view a map.

Merchandise and credentials

All event staff and key volunteers will be issued a credential and merchandise upon checking in. Your personalized credential must be worn at all times while you are onsite, providing you access to your work area and serving as your ID for meals and equipment checkout.

Merchandise will be assigned based on the sizes selected in your EMOS profile. We ask that you please review and (if necessary) update the sizes selected in your profile. While we will do our best to accommodate merchandise requests, we cannot guarantee you will receive the sizes you requested.

Please note: Parking, stopping, stalling or pulling over is NOT permitted on any of the streets surrounding the Race Office. Doing so may result in your vehicle being towed. For more information on parking and other options for getting here, please visit our webpage with travel information.
