Chicago Event Management hosts volunteer projects in conjunction with the events that the company produces.



Volunteers play an active role in sustainability efforts for the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K. Post-race sustainability projects include unstringing credentials, disassembling medals, and sorting participant packets for recycling. Lunch will be served at the conclusion of the project.


Click on a shift below to register. All volunteers are required to register online prior to the project.


Volunteer projects are held at one of the CEM Warehouses, located at 1540 S. Ashland Ave. and 1100 W. Cermak Rd. Registered volunteers will receive an email a few days in advance of the project confirming the project location and final details. Please plan on arriving at your designated check-in time.
