CEM Volunteer Rewards Program
We are excited to announce the CEM Volunteer Rewards Program in 2023! Our events would not be possible without volunteers like you, and we’d like to recognize our volunteers for their continuous hard work and dedication. Moving forward, all volunteers will receive points each time they check in at a volunteer shift. Volunteers can accumulate points and redeem them for items of their choice.
Point Breakdown
- 250 points – Chicago Distance Series journal set
- 500 points – Chicago Distance Series insulated tumbler
- 500 points – Chicago Distance Series insulated camp mug
- 1,000 points – Chicago Distance Series hip bag
- 2,500 points – Nike running shoes
- 5,000 points – Complimentary entry to the Bank of America Chicago Marathon

Who is eligible to receive CEM Volunteer Rewards Program points?
All volunteers including general volunteers, medical volunteers and key volunteers are eligible to receive CEM Volunteer Rewards Program points.
How do general volunteers earn points?
General volunteers will earn 10 points per each hour they volunteer. The points will automatically be allocated your Rosterfy account when you check in to your shift.
How do medical volunteers earn points?
Medical volunteers will earn 10 points per each hour they volunteer. The points will be allocated your Rosterfy account post-event. If you do not already have a Rosterfy account, please visit cemevent.rosterfy.com/login to create one.
How do key volunteers earn points?
Key volunteers will earn 250 points per event at which they volunteer. The points will be allocated your Rosterfy account post-event. If you do not already have a Rosterfy account, please visit cemevent.rosterfy.com/login to create one.
How can I check how many points I have?
Login to your volunteer account by visiting cemevent.rosterfy.com/login and click ‘Rewards’ to check how many points you have earned.
How can I keep track of my points?
Login to your volunteer account by visiting cemevent.rosterfy.com/login and click ‘Rewards’. Then, click the ‘History’ logo in the top right corner of the page. You will now be able to see the history of each time you have been rewarded points and each time you have redeemed points.
How do I redeem points?
Login to your Rosterfy account by visiting cemevent.rosterfy.com/login and click ‘Rewards’ on the sidebar menu. Then, click ‘redeem’ next to the item you wish to redeem.
What items are available to redeem?
Chicago Distance Series journal set, Chicago Distance Series insulated tumbler, Chicago Distance Series insulated camp mug, Chicago Distance Series hip bag, Nike running shoes and a complimentary entry to the Bank of America Chicago Marathon are available items for volunteers to redeem.

I just redeemed my points. When can I expect to receive my item of choice?
Items will be distributed on a quarterly basis. Please note that it could take several weeks to receive your item of choice depending on when you redeem your points. Please contact volunteer@cemevent.com if you have questions regarding your anticipated shipping time frame.
I just redeemed my points. Will my item of choice be available for pick-up?
No, all items will be shipped according to the quarterly distribution schedule.
Will I retroactively receive points for past volunteer shifts?
No, all volunteers will begin receiving points in January 2023.
Will my points expire?
No, CEM volunteer rewards program points will never expire.
