Chicago Event Management is an event production company based in Chicago, IL. CEM strives to create events that are unforgettable experiences for participants, spectators, and industry partners. For the past 18 years, CEM has worked closely with community partners and leaders in event production to create world-renowned events in Chicago. While producing events of the highest caliber, CEM works to build lasting relationships with the countless companies and agencies that work together in planning and production.

CEM is the organization behind one of the world’s largest and most prominent marathons. The Bank of America Chicago Marathon takes over the city every October and is a celebration for thousands of runners, twelve thousand volunteers and 1.7 million spectators. Using expertise cultivated by their collective years working for the Chicago Marathon, the CEM team is the operational force behind many recognizable events in the City of Chicago, such as the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K, U.S. Soccer World Cup viewing parties, Girls on the Run Chicago 5K series, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and the J.P. Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge – just to name a few. The management of large scale road races and events is both finely detailed and massive in scope – which is why industry leaders trust CEM with the execution of their event.
